Important Information:
Please note that repair costs resulting from tenant negligence or misuse are the resident’s responsibility. In these cases, repairs will still be made; however, the cost of labor and materials will be charged to you. Examples include damages or plumbing stoppages caused by improper use.
Key Release Authorization:
If you do not authorize us to release a key to an approved vendor, you must be available at the property to provide access for maintenance personnel.
